As first-time homebuyers, my partner and I were reasonably nervous about the process. Chad and Lindsey worked with us to find a house in our desired area and price range, and perhaps more importantly got to know us and why/what we were looking for in our home.
Above and beyond, they continue to support us long after closing. We bought a fixer-upper, and from the day we met them, Chad and Lindsey collaborated with us on how we could make our vision for the house a reality. The first day we started work after closing, Chad was there helping us pull carpet and remove light fixtures. Weeks later he’s coming out to help troubleshoot renovations that have stumped us.
